Does FraternalOS replace Grandview or our official membership system?
No. Your official membership system remains the system of record. FraternalOS imports the working information your lodge needs and manages the leadership, mentorship, degree, outreach, and follow-through work that happens around those records.
Who should create the organization?
A lodge administrator or trusted officer should create the organization. That person can import the roster, invite other users, assign roles, and transfer day-to-day work to the appropriate officers and mentors.
Can regular members use FraternalOS?
Yes. The organization can invite administrators, officers, mentors, and members. Each role sees the tools and information appropriate to its responsibilities.
What happens during the 30-day trial?
The organization receives the complete FraternalOS platform with no feature restrictions. No charge is made today; the selected monthly or annual subscription begins after the trial unless the organization cancels first.
What happens if the lodge does not continue?
The workspace moves to read-only after the applicable trial or billing grace period. The lodge can still review its records and can restore active access by resuming the subscription.
